Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

 

This policy is established by Max Group Turizm Dış Ticaret Limited Şirketi (The Seller) for all purchases made on the website www.maxaesthetics.tr. These terms are an integral part of the Distance Sales Contract and are compliant with Turkish and international consumer protection laws.


1. Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation and Unconditional Return)

A. Withdrawal Period

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from this Contract without giving any reason and without incurring any penalty within 14 (fourteen) days from the day the product is delivered to the Buyer or the third party designated by the Buyer.

B. Notification for Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Seller must be notified in writing (via email or registered post) or by telephone before the 14-day period expires.

C. Conditions for Returns

For the right of withdrawal to be valid, the product must be unused, undamaged, and its original packaging must not have been opened. The following conditions must be met for the return process to be accepted:

  1. The product must be returned with the original invoice (and any required return form).

  2. The product, including its box, packaging, standard accessories (if any), and any accompanying free products, must be returned complete and undamaged.

2. Goods Exempted from the Right of Withdrawal (Hygiene Exception)

Given that you sell hair care products, the Turkish Distance Sales Regulation (Article 15) stipulates that the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following goods:

  • Goods whose protective elements (such as packaging, tape, seal, or package) have been opened after delivery, rendering them unsuitable for return due to health and hygiene reasons.

  • All cosmetic, shampoo, conditioner, serum, and other personal care products fall under this exemption if their packaging has been opened, tested, or used.

In summary, to be eligible for a return, the packaging of the hair care product must be strictly sealed, intact, and unused.

3. Refund Process and Shipping Costs

A. Domestic Returns (Within Turkey)

  • Once the notification of withdrawal is received, the product price will be refunded to the Buyer within 14 (fourteen) days according to the original payment method (e.g., credit card refund or bank transfer).

  • The standard delivery cost of the returned goods (if applicable) within Turkey will be borne by the Seller. However, if the Buyer chooses a non-contracted courier service for the return, the extra shipping cost will be the Buyer’s responsibility.

B. International Returns (Outside Turkey)

  • The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notification.

  • The Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees, customs duties, intermediary fees, and other charges related to the return shipment from outside Turkey.

  • If customs fees arise when the product arrives back in Turkey, these fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • The Seller reserves the right to refund the order total minus all incurred shipping and customs fees if the shipment is returned due to the Buyer’s failure to pay local duties or taxes upon import to their country.

4. Return of Faulty or Defective Goods

If the product is found to be defective (broken, missing parts, damaged, or different from the ordered item), the Buyer must notify the Seller immediately upon delivery.

  • Products confirmed to be defective will be accepted for return or exchanged, with all shipping costs covered by the Seller.

  • The Buyer must inspect the package with the courier staff upon receipt. If the package is damaged or broken, the Buyer must file a damage report with the courier. The responsibility for damaged goods accepted without a courier report lies with the Buyer.
